AGREEMENT BETWEEN US
This is our agreement as to what we, as legal owners of the site www.marketeventsocial.com, subsequently referred to herein as “site,” does for the registered member, hereafter "you," and your agreement to it if you complete this registration. The site is designed to convey information to, from and for shoppers, vendors and location managers. The site is a subsidiary of Todd Holding Group, Inc.

What the Site Does
The site endeavors to provide information for shoppers, vendors and location managers, collectively termed "users". “Shoppers” means anyone who enters the site and visits pages. “Vendors” means any business, organization or individual who presents any product or service to shoppers. “Location Managers” means any organization that provides a physical location for vendors.

Users agree all data they individually upload to the site is their legally owned data and images and they have the legal authority to upload that data. The user who uploads data further guarantees to indemnify the site against any claim as may be brought against it as a result of uploading such data.

By registering and/or entering the site, you agree, understand and promise you will indemnify and hold the owners, staff, volunteers, moderators and users and Todd Holding Group, Inc., free and clear of any damages sought by any claims.

Users may use the site as long as: 1) they have the beliefs their opinions and comments are true and are made without malice and 2) products advertised and presented by vendors are legal and safe to use. Vendors specifically attest and promise all products presented in the site are legal and safe to use. All vendors indemnify the site for any product or service that has resulted in a claim against it in relation to that vendor's product or service. Should administrators discover such is not the case and/or users use language beyond the norms of accepted civil discourse, the administrator has the option to ban that user.

The site, through its administrator, may provide support to vendors in building pages in the site and other marketing materials upon request by users. Such support projects may be separate from normal support provided for all users.

At times the site may send emails to you advising of new developments, advisories and changes in the site. The site also may send emails to members on behalf of and from advertisers and associates. The site may also send advertising and marketing emails, in groups and in full, to users.

The site will not knowingly reveal to unauthorized entities any email or contact information not already in public access. The site will comply with any United States government court order.

At times, the site may delete data to keep it running light and relevant to users. There is no promise nor guarantee data will remain on the site even with the normal allowed time. The site is not a storage service. Users are hereby warned that keeping data in the site is no storage solution and they may lose the data and the site is not responsible for such loss.
